Attendance Rules

  • All riders, passengers and spectators MUST sign a waiver of liability. NO EXCEPTION.
  • Minors who plan to ride without a parent or legal guardian present must bring the HLPG waiver and a notarized Parent Consent to be allowed access to the park.  This can be found under the Admission page on the website hlorp.com.
  • Must stay below 10 mph in the parking/camping areas for the safety of others.
  • NO MUD RIDING or playing in the parking/camping areas at any time. No wheelies, donuts, or playing in mud holes in these areas. You will be asked to leave immediately.  Second offense will be banned for 3 months.  We love to mud ride, but the parking lot is not the place.  Lots of work goes into keeping the parking area open for parking and camping during events, and we appreciate your understanding.
  • All riders shall operate their ATV/RUV in a safe and controlled manner at all times.
  • In case of EMERGENCY call 911 first, then call the park staff at 318-294-1040.
  • Every ATV/RUV must meet the noise pollution standards and regulations for Caddo Parish, Louisiana.
  • Excessively loud and offensive exhausts are prohibited.
  • All weapons and illegal drugs are prohibited.
  • All fireworks are prohibited.
  • No trash thrown on trails or anywhere on property.
  • Animals must be kept on a leash and in control at all times.
  • Obey all signs on the property.
  • Do not cross fences or enter the neighboring properties.  Violators may be prosecuted.
  • Do not ride on gravel areas around natural gas wells.
  • Report anything that is considered potentially dangerous to park staff immediately at 318-294-1040.
  • Report any accident on property to park staff immediately at 318-294-1040.
  • Absolutely NO RIDING AFTER DARK.  This means you must be off the trails by dark.  If your ATV/RUV is stuck and it is getting dark, get a ride to the front and notify the HLPG staff at the store by calling 318-294-1040.  You, and whoever helps you, will not be charged for coming back the next day to retrieve it.
  • Staff and Management of High Lifter Proving Grounds reserve the right to eject any visitor for any reason they see fit.
